What this search is asking for

Papermeld counts the images you uploaded and the pages in the PDF catalog. Those two numbers have to match. If they do not, the output is discarded and the conversation says the job failed.
This conversion does not read text off the photographs. A picture of a contract is still a picture after it becomes a PDF page. If you need to search or copy that text, that is the scanned-PDF conversion, and it has its own limits.

Open the PDF. Count the pages against the photos you uploaded. Check that the first and last pages are the images you expected. Rotate any page that arrived sideways before you send the file.
